About the product : Rapid Gloss Paint alkyd resin based, air drying, gloss industrial top coat paint.

Properties : Paint quick-drying, resistant to climatic conditions and shocks, excellent adhesion to metal surfaces, has a single-layer surface coating, air drying, gloss industrial top coat paint.

Application area : Used as a paint for decoration and protective purposes, in materials such as parts of industrial equipment, parts of agricultural and garden equipment, electrical appliances, barrels and metal products (doors, tables, and cupboards).

Surface preparation : Paint surfaces for application must be free of moisture, dirt, dust and grease. New surfaces to be painted should be primed with Sobsan Rapid Astar. Remove the swollen layer of old paint from the surface and sand it. To eliminate differences on the surface necessary places need to be putty, if need primed with Sobsan Rapid Astar.

Application : Less than 12 hours after applying Sobsan Rapid Astar Primer, depending on the application requirements of Sobsan Rapid Gloss Paint, dilute 20% with Sobsan Cellulosic Thinner and coat in one layer with a brush, roller or spray paint. If you need to apply a second coat, you must wait between layers for at least 1-2 hours.

Consumption : 1 kg. Sobsan Rapid Gloss Paint can be applied to one layer depending on the surface area of 7-8 m².

Storage : Stored non-falling direct sunlight in unopened original containers for up to 3 years at  5-35°C ambient temperature. Protect from excessive heat and moisture.

Safety :

S 2             : Keep out of the reach of children.

S 3 / 7 / 9   : Keep container tightly closed in a cool, well-ventilated place.

S 16           : Keep away from sources of ignition - No smoking!

S 24 / 25    : Avoid contact with skin and eye.

S 29           : Do not empty into drains.

S 46           : If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately and show this container or label.

S 51           : Use only in well-ventilated areas.
